A Bridge to Stability & New Beginnings
Safe, supportive shared housing in Washington, empowering seniors, veterans, and individuals in recovery or reentry.
WHO WE ARE
Hope’s Transport Express Independent Living is a shared housing program built on the belief that everyone deserves a real chance to rebuild. We believe in more than just providing a place to stay. We believe in transformation.
With multiple locations in the heart of Washington, our mission is to create a clear path to stability and new beginnings. Our shared homes offer structure, accountability, and safety, but most importantly, a supportive community where residents can grow, regain confidence, and move forward with purpose.
WHAT WE OFFER
Private or Shared bedrooms (2 beds/room) with comfortable furnishings, bed, linens and storage.
Shared living areas — living room, dining, kitchen designed to create connection and ease.
Utilities (water, electricity, internet/Wi-Fi) included in your monthly rent.
House-policies that promote respect, quiet hours, cleanliness, community standards.
Professional property management and regular maintenance so you can focus on your life and goals.
Access to trusted local resources and referral partners (veteran services, reentry support, senior social programs).
WHO WE SERVE
Our community is designed for adults who are ready to rebuild and move forward. We welcome seniors living on fixed incomes, veterans adjusting to civilian life, individuals returning from incarceration, and those in recovery from substance use.
We are not a facility. We are a home.
Here, you will find safe, comfortable, and well managed housing where dignity comes first. We provide structure without judgment, support without pressure, and a space where everyone is treated with respect. This is a place to regain stability, rebuild confidence, and take the next steps at your own pace.
More than just housing, this is a community where you can feel secure, supported, and truly belong.
